Alice is an accredited practicing dietitian who has always had an interest in nutrition, sport, and the human body.
This passion was cemented when Alice started competitive cheerleading at age 14 - yes it is like bring it on!
Since then, Alice has had the opportunity to compete nationally and internationally, representing Monash University in 2016 at the ICU World Cheerleading Championships and placing first in the division. Alice then went on to represent Australia at the World University Cheerleading Championships in Poland in 2018, and is jetting off again in April this year to the IASCF World Championships in Orlando.
Alice’s approach to health is holistic, incorporating a variety of factors into wellbeing, including diet, mental, and physical health.
