Alice is an accredited practicing dietitian who has always had an interest in nutrition, sport, and the human body. Alice has completed further study in order to better support her clients with IBS, completing the Monash University Low FODMAP diet for management of IBS course. She works in several private clinics and is currently also undertaking sports dietitian accreditation.
Alice’s approach to health is holistic, incorporating a variety of factors into wellbeing, including diet, mental, and physical health.

Alice’s passion for sport started with competitive cheerleading at age 14 - yes it is like bring it on! Since then, Alice has had the opportunity to compete nationally and internationally. She has travelled oversease representing her team and Australia at World Championships in 2016, 2018 and upcoming in 2021. Being a high level athlete, Alice is well versed in the importance of nutrition in sport and to maximise energy levels when training hard or competing.
