Chris is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, having graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours). He is also a researcher at Monash University specialising in Exercise Gastroenterology, diagnosing the cause and developing management strategies of Gut Issues in endurance athletes.
As a Sports Nutrition practitioner, Chris works with athletes from beginner to elite level to optimise nutrition to support their training and competition goals. As a clinical dietitian, Chris works with patients aiming to improve chronic disease management through dietary changes.

When not at work, he remains physically active, training and competing in sprint triathlon, strength training and beach volleyball.
