Dale graduated from RMIT in the Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy. With 6 years of personal training experience as a precursor to Myotherapy, Dale enjoys using hss extensive knowledge of the human body and movement to help people recover from musculoskeletal pain and injuries. He focuses on achieving results for his clients using a combination of treatment and prescription exercises to be done at home. Treating through client’s range of motion in an active approach, he uses a variety of modalities and techniques including cupping, stretching, muscle energy technique and dry needling.

In Dale’s sessions you can expect him to work with you and your comfort zone. Whilst he can’t promise there won’t be any uncomfortable moments, he wont have you jumping off the table. Dale works with people from every walk of life from office workers to athletes, from those with general aches/niggles to soft tissue injuries.  He also performs pregnancy massage.

Dale grew up in the country and loves keeping fit through regular training.  He spends a lot of time doing handstands so he often looks at the world from a different view point. His two dogs are effectively his children so they are a big part of his week.

Nicola studied Diploma of Health Science & has recently completed her Advanced Diploma Myotherapy at Victoria University. With 13 years experience Nicola has worked at a range of clinics around Melbourne and brings with her experience in Sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Myofascial release and remedial massage.


During her treatments, Nicola will include assessment of your biomechanics, along with a combination of deep tissue massage, myofascial release, triggerpoint therapy and may also prescribe corrective home exercises.


Nicola is an accredited member of the Australian Natural Therapy Association (A.N.T.A) and is a registered Provider with all the major Private Health Funds.

Jenna graduated in her Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy from RMIT. She uses musculoskeletal assessment procedures and an in-depth knowledge of the human body to help restore clients to full functioning and pain free movement. With a focus on the breath and treating through muscular full muscular range, Jenna’s treatments are effective and incorporate a range of modalities, including cupping, stretching and dry needling where appropriate.

Jen's approach is tailored to your needs and she sees a client base that includes athletes, pregnant women, people with soft tissue injuries and individuals who just want a good massage!  She’s driven and committed to her clients’ health as well as her learning and professional development as a practitioner.

Jen is always striving for the perfect balance between work, rest and play. When she’s not in clinic she loves going for long walks with her fur baby, making art, gardening and cooking good food.
