Aquatic Physiotherapy

Our water-based physiotherapy is provided in our on-site heated pool (33°). The warm water helps provide pain relief and relaxation, aiding to increase mobility and stretch both joints and muscles. The buoyancy of the water reduces weight bearing allowing rehabilitation and movement of injuries that are normally too painful to exercise. Fitness and strengthening programs are achieved using the resistance and turbulence of the water, allowing for all over strengthening, fantastic core stability work and balance retraining. Both individual and group hydrotherapy sessions are available.
