Kathryn Miller– Podiatry (Tues, Thurs, alt Sat)

Kath graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatry from La Trobe University in 1999 where she worked in a teaching and research role – her work in biomechanics and diabetes has been published and presented internationally. Throughout her career, Kath has worked with a variety of community groups, both in the public health system and privately including with elite athletes as consultant podiatrist to Carlton and North Kangaroos AFL clubs, London Towers Basketball team and England’s National Sports Centre. Kath offers biomechanical assessments, orthotic prescription (arch supports/insoles) and general foot care treatment to people of all ages. Kath has extensive experience in paediatric podiatry (treating children) and injury management. Kath is one of the Directors of In Stride Health Clinic.

Louise Hateley – Physiotherapy (Tues, Thurs)

Louise qualified 12 years ago and has extensive experience in treating musculo-skeletal conditions and injuries. She has consulted for the National Sports Centre in England, working with the British Diving and London Towers basketball teams. Louise has a "hands on" approach to physiotherapy treatments, ensuring accurate diagnosis and complete management of musculo-skeletal conditions. Louise provides detailed exercise/ rehabilitation programs to promote full recovery and prevent future injury. Louise is one of the Directors of In Stride Health Clinic. She also runs pilates classes and pre/post natal exercise groups.

Katherine Taylor- Physiotherapy (Mon to Sat)

Katherine gained her qualifications in 2002 in England and has wide-ranging experience including rugby union, Formula 1 and British judo squads. She utilises hands on and exercise based approach to assessments and treatment, with interests in dry-needling, Clinical Pilates and hydrotherapy. Katherine provides tailored programs to suit all varieties of conditions and rehabilitation goals. Katherine has a special interest in treating hand injuries.

Aroha Wigram - Physiotherapy (Tues, Wednesday, Friday)

Aroha gained her physiotherapy qualifications six years ago from the University of Ontago, New Zealand. Since then, she has amasses considerable experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation over a variety of patient populations, from young to old and ranging from weekend warrior to professional level athletes.

 Although the physiotherapist brings a wealth of knowledge to a rehabilitation program, successful outcomes depend on the active participation by the patient.Patient education enables this; along with the tailored treatment regime incorporating hands on treatment and exercise based rehabilitation, Aroha will help you work toward your goals.

Aroha has a particular interest in shoulder rehabilitation, lumbar and pelvic stability, and working with patients who have chronic pain.

 John Bogle - Myotherapy (Mon, Tues, Thurs, alt Sat)

Studied at the Australian College of Sports Therapy where he gained the base of his knowledge to which he now practices throughout Melbourne. He has experience in treating professional athletes (AFL/NRL football players, triathletes, cyclists and the weekend warrior). John’s treatment is tailored to the requirements of each individual patient and his techniques are carefully selected for what is deemed appropriate to the individuals needs.

Sarina Lococo - Dietitian (Tues)

Sarina has worked in the corporate health and fitness industries for many years as a nutritionist, fitness instructor, Pilates instructor and lecturer. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Monash University and post graduate studies in Sports Nutrition, Obesity and Health Promotion at Deakin University. She has recently completed sports dietetics at the Australian Institute of Sport with Sports Dietician’s Australia.

Sarina has also co-authored two books, "Fat Loss for Life" and "The Supplement Guide". She is a regular contributor in Australian and overseas health and fitness magazines including "Women’s Health & Fitness" and "Natural Health". Sarina’s dietetic experience covers a range of areas including weight loss or gain, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, paediatric nutrition (from school age to adolescents), food allergies and intolerances, eating disorders and sports nutrition.

In her spare time Sarina enjoys keeping herself fit, enjoys travelling and attending AFL football games.

Jason Harmes - Podiatry (Wed, alt Sat)

Jason Harmes graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatry from La Trobe University in 2006. Prior to joining the In Stride team, Jason has worked in community health gaining a vast experience in all aspects of podiatric practice including specialised diabetes clinics and paediatric podiatry services. Throughout his clinical experience, Jason has developed a keen interest and knowledge in sports podiatry, biomechanics and injury prevention.

Jason has been a member of Ascot Vale Leisure Centre for many years, and has a passion for most sports. Having spent a number of years playing VFL football with the Northern Bullants, Jason is currently playing in the local Essendon District Football League. Jason brings his knowledge and experience of competitive and recreational sports to the podiatry clinic at In Stride.

Jason also provides a mobile podiatry service at In Stride, offering podiatry home visits to those people who have difficulty attending clinical appointments.

Tracey Ramsey - Remedial Massage (Wed, alt Sat)

Tracey graduated from the Australian College of Massage and is experienced in Remedial, Sports, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy and Relaxation massage. Tracey has a particular interest in trigger point therapy and takes and analytical approach to locating and deactivating trigger points. Throughout her career Tracey has always had an interest in health and wellbeing, spending many years as a fitness instructor, ambulance paramedic and is currently completing a Bachelor in Psychology at Latrobe University.
