TERMS & CONDITIONS

When purchasing one of our Class Packs the following terms and conditions apply;
Prepaid packs
•    You need to book in for all sessions at the time of your first booking.
•    All classes must be used within 10 weeks of the first session
•    A minimum of 24hours notice is required to cancel a class.
•    If you cancel with 24hours plus notice, you can reschedule that class to a make up class (within the 10 week period)
•    If you fail to attend or cancel with less than 24hours notice the class credit will be forfeited
•    You will be issued a statement for your health fund at the completion of the 10 weeks
•    Any classes that are attended without a current class pack will be billed at the full paying rate.

Flexible Pack
•    You will need to book into classes each week.
•    Packs are valid for two months (5 class pack) or four months (10 class pack)
•    If you are booked into a class and you fail to attend or cancel with less than 24hours notice the class credit will be forfeited.
•    If you cancel with 24hours plus notice, you can reschedule that class to a make up class (within the valid two/four month period)

Expired sessions
Your credits will expire after the above valid periods, at which point you will be emailed with a statement.

Refunds to class purchases
If your condition changes or if, due to other medical conditions Pilates is no longer suitable for you, any remaining credit value can be used towards any other of the services offered at In Stride Health Clinic. If this is not suitable, you can request a refund, which must be given in writing via email to [email protected]  All credits that are still within the expiry period will be refunded minus a $20 administration fee. No refunds will be given for credits that have been lost or for failure to attend a session.

Cancellations
If a circumstance arises and you are unable to attend a session, please contact us as soon as possible. Where you have given at least 24hours notice, you’ll be able to use the credit for another session. Please note: with prepaid packs this make up session must be done within your 10-week block.  
Please give us as much notice as possible as we often have people on a waiting list wanting to get into appointments.

Missed classes 
If you fail to attend a session or cancel with less than 24hours notice you will forfeit that class credit.

Introduction 
In Stride Health Clinic regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all In Stride Health Clinic users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards.

Collection of Information 
In order to use the In Stride Health Clinic’s website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.  
All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including email.  
Any information collected by In Stride Health Clinic is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, fax or directly through our website.  

Use of Collection Information 
Any details collected from In Stride Health Clinic customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. 
Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.  

Storage of Collected Information 
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete 

Credit Card details.  
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails.  If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at [email protected]

In Stride Health Clinic may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose. In Stride Health Clinic does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.

PayPal processes online transactions, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online transactions performed on this site using PayPal are secured payments. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund & Returns Policy 
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, or are unsatisfied with the quality of any goods, please contact the In Stride Health Clinic within 7 days and we will, at our discretion, provide you a refund or replacement. You must provide the original receipt in order for us to be able to provide a refund or replacement. Please note: Any faulty return of Wave Thongs is managed through the Vasyli company.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. 
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit &; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.  In Stride Health Clinic will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods 
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Fastway Couriers within 2 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
