Pre & Post Natal Fitness

Pregnancy is an exciting and sometimes daunting time in which your body will undergo many changes. We understand this journey, with many of our practitioners having personal experience in it.
We provide services to support you through your pregnancy and beyond including;

  • Pregnancy exercise in our physio studio to maintain strength and mobility

  • “Bubs Welcome” studio sessions with exercise to regain strength and fitness after having your baby

  • Help prevent & treat common pregnancy symptoms and aches

  • Maintain optimal nutrition through consultation with our dietitians

  • Provide relaxation and pain relief with massage therapy, using specialty pregnancy cushions allowing you to lie on your stomach

  • Provide a strong social environment with education and support through your pregnancy and beyond

  • We have a range of products including pregnancy support wear, recovery shorts, pelvis braces, massage balls and more.

Our pre and post natal studio exercise is designed to provide safe exercises focused on targeting the body areas affected by pregnancy and helping to reduce common symptoms. All clients must commence with an initial assessment with one of our physiotherapists and bookings are essential. Once you are confident with your program you will progressed into one of our many group sessions ranging from early morning to late evening.  You will also then be able to access our class bookings online via our website. The initial assessment allows us to ensure that classes are safe and tailored to your needs, this is also a requirement of private health funds should you wish to claim a rebate for your groups.
