Exercise Rehabilitation

Online physiotherapy group exercise classes

Our physiotherapists understand the importance of rehabilitation in getting you back on track and back to your usual activities.

Your rehabilitation plan will be as unique as your situation and will encompass a Return to Work or Return to Sport process and treatment goals aimed at facilitating your recovery and work capacity.

In addition to clinic based hands on treatment, your rehabilitation may include a gym conditioning program, hydrotherapy, workplace based ergonomic advice as well as some of our other services like Clinical Pilates, podiatry or massage therapy.

Your physiotherapist will liase with either your GP, case manager or sports coach as appropriate to help direct your rehab plan.
