Here at In Stride Health Clinic, we are excited to introduce you to our exceptional hydrotherapy services located at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre. Hydrotherapy (“Aqautic Physiotherapy”) is a powerful therapeutic approach that utilizes the soothing properties of warm water to aid in rehabilitation, pain management, and overall well-being. Hydrotherapy sessions can be immensely beneficial for various conditions, including osteoarthritis, chronic pain, spinal conditions, and sports injuries. The buoyancy of water reduces the impact on joints, allowing for gentle movement and exercises that can enhance strength, flexibility, and mobility.
Our warm hydrotherapy pool is specifically designed to accommodate individuals of all abilities. Featuring a gentle ramp which allows for easy entry into the water, as well as accessibility-enabled change rooms (with a hoist), it is convenient for everyone to transition to and from their hydrotherapy session. These considerations make our hydrotherapy pool an ideal setting for anyone looking to enhance their health.
We invite you to explore the advantages of hydrotherapy at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre. Firstly, you will have a detailed consultation with one of our experienced physiotherapists at In Stride Health Clinic to identify your goals. During your hydrotherapy sessions, your physiotherapist will also be in the pool to work closely with you in developing a personalised program catered for your needs, to best facilitate your recovery and improve your quality of life.
Again, we believe anyone and everyone should have access to hydrotherapy. Our hydrotherapy sessions can be claimed on private health, or through third party claims including WorkSafe and TAC. We also are registered NDIS providers.
Our sessions include pool entry.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply seeking a relaxing and therapeutic experience, our supervised hydrotherapy services provide an effective solution.
