Dear Clients,
There is no doubt about it – this year has definitely been unique and with many challenges for everybody. We are so very grateful for all the support shown by you for our clinic and team. We feel fortunate, despite the challenges of the gym being closed and services restricted by the Government due to COVID-19, to have been able to pivot our services to continue to help the community with their health care needs. To do this, we needed to whip up a couple of consultation rooms in our pilates studio at very short notice but it worked well. Some of our other adaptions include offering a hugely successful online exercise/pilates class series and telehealth consultations (which are here to stay). It is, however, so wonderful to be back offering all of our services (particularly myotherapy, remedial massage, hydrotherapy and studio groups that had to pause for lengthy stints during lockdown by Government order) and be back in the clinic at the leisure centre. One of the walls in the pilates studio has been demolished and we have resumed our 2:1 and 4:1 groups.
I think everyone would agree, our team have been amazing with adapting to so much change and working throughout the pandemic with a smile on their faces – we are immensely proud of all of our staff and how well they supported each other as well as their clients. We are excited to welcome Dale York (myotherapist) to the team this month too and Bridie (yet another fantabulous receptionist).
We are working through the Christmas period by appointment and on reduced hours to allow our staff to have a well earned break. You can still book online or call the clinic on 93728091 (and we will return your call as soon as we can).
